GRATITUDE, COMPLIMENT AND CONGRATULATION

Gratitude : the way to said thank you to other people.

~ To express gratitude you can say :
* thank you very much.
* I`m grateful (to...)
* I want to express my gratitude to...
* I keep forgetting to thank you for

~ Respond of expressing :
* You are welcome
* Don`t mention it
* Not at all
* it was nothing at all
* No problem
* Glad to be of help
* (it was) my pleasure

Congratulation : to said "good" for other people.

To expressing conratulation you can use :
* Congratulation
* Well done!
* Good job!

Complimen : to give praising to other people.


Some people use compliment to "better up" someday or to flatter in order to increase good will you compliment someone,for

Example :
~ On his/ her general appearance.
~ If you notice something new about the perso`s appearance.
~ When you visit someone`s house for the first time?

To expressing compliment you can say :
* What a nice dress.
* You look great.
* You look very nice.
* I really must express my administration for your dance.

SURPRISE AND DISBELIEFS

SURPRISE

Definition = the atc of coming upon unawarss of of taking suddenly and without preparation.

To express surprise we can use :

~ what a surprise!
~ that a surprise!
~ (well), that`s very surprising!
~ fancy that!
~ I must say...surprise me.
~ oh my god!
~ my goodness.

DISBELIEF

Definition = to hold not to be true or not to exist.

To express :

* Really?
* what?
* are you serious?
* You`re kidding!
* I find that hard to belief.
* No, I don`t believe it!

Example The Dialogue

Rahman : " what a surprise!"
Reffi : " what happens?"
Rahman : " evant, our friend, is singing at "the idd"
Reffi : " ough, you`re kidding!"
Rahman : " You`re right, jeany.it really surprised me "
Reffi : " Yeah, he is a boy full of surprised "

NOUN PHRASES

Noun is word to point/signed at the things for e.g. : the tall, my brother, loneliness,etc.
phrases is a group of word that to point/signed at the thing.


Noun phrases consist of a pronoun or noun with only assoctated noun phrases can etc as a subject,object. Object of preposition, an object of verb.

~ The function of noun phrases

a. Subject
e.g. : the children play on the forest
b. Object
e.g. : my mother buys a basket of vegetables
c. Compliment
e.g. : Boger is a rainy Location.

DESCRIPTIVE TEXT

Descriptive text is a text tell about parts of thing, human, and place or give description and information with detail about characteristic, part, etc. Of something.

The purpose of descriptive text is to describe and reveal a particular person, thing, or place.
Descriptive text uses simple present tense and noun conjunction.

General structure :
* Identification
( mention the name, occupation, profession, career, and special participant)

* Description
(mention the phenomenon in part, quality, and characteristics of the subject being
described)
Language feature :
~ Focus on specific participant
e.g. : > Borobudur is a great buddhist temple.
> Liu ching hai is a executive chinese chep of shang palace restaurant.
~ the use of adjectives and compound adjectives
e.g. : > Hero looks attractive and handsome.
> A beatiful ancient roman opera house.
~ the use of linking verbs/relating verbs
e.g. : > Lizta is a model from palangka raya.
> the temple consist of five terraces.
~ the use of simple present tense
e.g. : > Usually, tetsu comes to my house once in week.
> the hotel provides 450 rooms and large swimming pool.
~ the use of degree of comparison
e.g : > Aricaa has the same bag as erika.
> The weather in jakarta is hotter than bandung.
